I welcome commissions.
Prices are based on the size of the quilt and the amount of work invovled. To give you some idea most quality patchwork fabric is around $25 per metre, waddings are around that also depending on quality and materials. So materials alone in a single bed quilt are roughly $150, this can be lower if I use homespun as the backing and a polyester or polar fleece as the wadding. A simple checkerboard of squares takes a lot less time than a more complicated piece.
If you would like to commission me, I need an idea of size, colour and theme. Some ideas .... shabby chic ....... I spy ....... Trucks ..... Cars ....... Princess ... Spring .... Autumn .......... Pretty ...... Boyish ..... Boats ....... I prefer you give me an exact size.
I like my singles to just sit on top of the beds .. they are easier to wash! Others like them to overhang. Cots vary a lot in sizes. I've include a few pictures of quilts I have made previously to give you an idea. You can also do an image search in Google to give you some ideas and email me with the link.

your baby clothes into a quilt! You send me your used, washed baby
clothes and I'll piece them into a one of a kind creation. Filled with
memories and love. It would make a wonderful gift for your first grandchild.
A lasting memory of your child's own babyhood. I can use cotton, poly
cotton weaves, knits (I stabilize them). Items with smocking, embroidery
and embellishment. Price is based on the size of the quilt. $150 for
100cm X 100cm.
